Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia is a great place to learn about the culture, heritage, and see some famous ancient and modern buildings. It also has good options for shopping, enjoying local cuisine, wonderful cafes to enjoy some time, etc. Choosing the best place to visit is a bit hard but can be made easy with a bus from Sg to Kl.  

But there are a few things in Kuala Lumpur that you must never miss. • Petronas Twin Towers & KLCC Aquarium

The Petronas Twin Towers are the iconic building that gives the city its identity to the world. A visit here is a must. • Batu Caves

• Kuala Lumpur Forest Eco Park

This forest situated in the middle of the city is famous for its trails, the Canopy Walk, chirping birds around, etc. It gives an unadulterated feel of nature right in the middle of the city. The trails are made suitable for people of all ages. There is also the Menara Kuala Lumpur or KL tower at the end of the trail that gives a 360-degree view of the city. 

• KL Tower

The KL tower is situated at the end of the KL Forest Eco Park. The tower is taller than the Petronas Towers and gives an awesome 360-degree view of the city. There are two decks from which you can enjoy the city. The Observation deck in the form of a Skybridge with windows, and an open deck that allows complete view. Both these decks need separate tickets. Book your tickets for a bus from Sg to Kl and explore the magnificent view.

• Merdeka Square

The British colonial buildings along this area is a great spot for pictures. The famous Sultan Abdul Samad building is one place you should never miss. This used to be the secretariat in the past is open for the public to see the architecture and its beauty.

If you feel clueless about what to see and where to visit, book a  ticket for the KL Hop-On Hop-Off city tour bus. It is a double-decker bus that will take you around the city through all the famous tourist spots. 

• Tian Hou Temple

A six-tier temple for the Goddess of Tian Hou is one of the must-visit places in Kuala Lumpur. The temple is surrounded by Chinese medicinal plants on its land and has other structures of interest. 

• National Museum

The National Museum is the best place to know and learn about the history of the country. It houses the prehistory, Malay Kingdoms, Colonial Era, and modern time galleries that showcase artefacts and history of the respective periods. The entry fee is applicable to all above the age of 12. 

• China town

China town as the name mentions is the place where you will feel like landing on Mainland China. It is picturesque, great for shopping, and for enjoying Chinese cuisine. 

• Central Market Kuala Lumpur

The best spot for shopping in KL where you will find more than 300 shops to surf through. You can easily find some souvenirs that depict the culture and heritage of Malaysia along with the taste of India and others.
