Anyone entering Singapore for any reason will receive a rapid Covid-19 test upon arrival at the airport. As of January 31st, all travellers must have travel insurance that is at least US $ 30,000. It can cover the expenses of hospitals or medical care if required.
According to the new COVID-19 Singapore guidelines, alcohol will no longer be available in restaurants after 10.30 p.m.
You must be enrolled with the Singapore Government’s Safe Entry and Trace Together apps, or you must have a Trace Together token, which is available at central network hubs.
On airplanes, buses, trains, and other public transportation heading to, inside, or outside of Singapore transit hubs such as airports and train stations, wearing a mask over the nose and mouth is compulsory, according to the COVID-19 Singapore update. Outside of a mode of transportation, a mask must be worn (such as on a ferry or the upper deck of a bus).
The Ministry of Health and Affair (Singapore) recommends that all travellers undergo a COVID-19 virus test within 3 to 5 days after their trip and then stay at home and quarantine themselves for 7 days. Self-quarantine yourself for 7 days even when the test is negative. If your test results are positive, isolate yourself to avoid spreading the infection to others. If you don’t get the COVID-19 Virus Test, then stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after your trip.
Masks must always be worn in public at all times, except for children under the age of six. Of course, there are exceptions, such as eating and exercise.
Apart from this, every citizen and traveller should wear a mask, sanitize regularly, stay safe, and only step out from their house, if necessary, else stay home. Although there are more points related to COVID-19 Singapore guidelines, they have been published by the Ministry of Health & Affairs Singapore as per the specific Industry. But, these COVID-19 Singapore Updates are specific to every citizen who is willing to travel to Singapore by bus or other modes of transport.
